The Courageous & Resilient Leader
What does it take to face the future that’s fast approaching us? One full of uncertainty, complexity, diversity, challenge and instability. It will take an altogether different kind of leader from the one we have become used to. It will require even more courage, more heart, more compassion and more determination.
In this workshop we will explore what it means to be a Courageous leader in these times, and why it’s needed. We’ll unpack new and innovative foundations that are required in order to lead your people in a way that ensures they have the energy to deliver in their role.
You will leave with a straightforward process that will ensure you create a place to work where your people can thrive despite the conditions of the external world. You will be clearer about what will be required from you as the leader and what your organisation requires in order to put people and planet first in order that your profits follow.
