Resilience and Creating your own Happiness

In this open event led by Britt, you’ll learn about how humans adapt to challenges and how you can use the power of ‘we’ to enable change.
Britt Spyrou is based in Greece so will be dialling in from a morning time zone although she’ll be on familiar turf being Australian born. Britt is a lawyer and a scientist with over 20 years’ experience in private practice, government administration and consulting. She has lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Britt’s current role is Partnerships Consultant to the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). This role sees Britt work primarily with more than 100 private sector partners engaged in helping build sustainable food systems in Africa. She is performing this role while on leave without pay from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment accompanying her husband as the Australian Ambassador to the Hellenic Republic, Republic of Bulgaria and Romania.
