June 13 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Tuesday 13th June, 09:30am – 10:30am (UK Time)
Building your resilience toolkit, to prevent burnout
There has never been a time quite like we have seen in the industry in the last few years. The ups and downs of working in food mean it’s super important to look after your own wellbeing, so that you can ride the inevitable storms. In this session Amy will share her own personal story of resilience whilst working in a highly stressful environment and shares her learnings:
- How success on the outside was papering over the cracks of stress, perfectionism and imposter syndrome
- The true meaning of resilience and how you can build your own toolkit based on a 4 pillar framework
- How tapping into your support network can help you be more resilient through change
- How a problem solving, growth mindset is the key to success
By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of how to identify the signs of stress within yourself and build your own resilience toolkit, so you thrive in your career, rather than just survive.
