Our theme, The Power of You: We want every woman in the meat industry to feel empowered. Identify your key strengths, learn how to communicate them and harness them to build confidence and succeed, both in your day job and on a personal level.

You’ll hear from leaders who will share crucial insights into the current and future landscape of the meat industry, as well as how they’ve embraced empowerment both personally and professionally to help them rise in their career. They’ll share some of their key lessons real stories and tips they’ve learnt on their journey.

Our panel session will feature women from a variety of backgrounds who will share how they’ve carved out a career for themselves whilst overcoming barriers, adapting to cultural differences and discovering their own power.

You’ll have the chance to mix with our community, explore your own key strengths and how to use them effectively through our speed networking workshop, the perfect way to build your business networks and personal connections.

Following a full day of speakers, you’ll need a glass of something cold to help end the day! We’ll host a relaxed drinks reception for another chance for you to connect with the industry professionals in our community over a glass of wine or fizz.
