Open Masterclass: The Power of Mentoring
We talk a lot about the power of having a mentor, it can be crucial to career development and progression. Women who become a mentor are six time more likely to get a promotion!
- But where do you start as a mentor or mentee?
- How do you set goals for yourself, and how do you keep track of them?
- How do you get the best from your mentor relationship?
We're joined by Meat Business Women mentor Michelle White and mentee Charlotte McCready plus Chris Murray, Director at PLD Mentoring, the provider of our mentoring platform who is here to answer those questions (and more!)
Hear from our mentors and mentees journey, how they set goals, what they enjoyed (and didn't!) about the experience and put your questions to them.
Whether you're new to mentoring, or have been registered on the Meat Business Women mentoring portal for a while, but haven't quite got round to putting it into action yet, this will be your one stop shop to support you and help you to get going!
This masterclass is open to all members and non-members.
