Meat Business Women is excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team as the Community Engagement Manager in Australia!

This new and pivotal role will drive MBW’s activities and partnerships, helping us expand our mission of empowering and supporting women in the meat industry.

We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated professional with a passion for digital marketing and relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and strengthening our community, growing corporate memberships, and supporting events and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Promote the MBW brand and value proposition
✅ Strengthen relationships with existing corporate members and drive membership growth
✅ Develop and implement engagement strategies to support community growth
✅ Plan and support virtual and in-person events
✅ Lead the formation of an Australian MBW Committee
