CEO of Cranswick

Adam joined Cranswick’s fresh pork business in 1991 as a Graduate, having studied Business & Accountancy.  He worked in a number of different operational roles before becoming MD of the Fresh Pork business in 2003 and COO for the group in 2011.  He was promoted to the role of CEO in 2012 and sales and profits at Cranswick have grown every year since.

Adam has led the business with a number of strategic acquisitions, such as primary and added value poultry processing, as well as leading an investment programme that has seen the business invest over £180m in new capability over the last 5 years.

Adam is passionate about the food industry and ensuring the industry is ready to adapt to the challenges of Brexit as well as positioning Cranswick as a leading player in sustainability.
