About Beth Hart

Beth is the Supply Chain Director for McDonald’s in the UK and Ireland – her remit covers agriculture, procurement, sourcing, distribution and logistics, sustainability and food quality.

Prior to joining McDonald’s Beth worked for over 13 years at Sainsbury’s in a number of roles including Food and Health Manager, Head of Product Development and Technology and, most recently, Head of Agriculture and Sourcing.  Beth has also previously worked for Diageo, Safeway, Mars and Marks & Spencer.
