About Cheyenne McEndaffer
Cheyenne McEndaffer grew up in New Mexico where her family has owned and operated a meat slaughter plant for over 25 years. She attended Colorado State University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Master of Science degree in Meat Science.
Following school, Cheyenne worked as an Audit Specialist for Food Safety Net Services (FSNS), where she conducted food safety, British Retail Consortium (BRC), animal welfare and transportation, sanitation, N60 beef testing, and BSE/SRM audits for numerous industries. Cheyenne currently works for the U.S. Meat Export Federation as Director, Export Services/Access for the Western Hemisphere, Russia/CIS, Europe, and Africa.
Her duties include providing technical assistance for market access matters, assisting with the technical development of international marketing materials and programs, and assisting exporters with interpretation of export requirements and troubleshooting issues that arise throughout the export process. Cheyenne and her husband also help with the family dry land farming operation in Colorado and run a registered Angus, Gelbvieh, and Balancer herd.
