About Claire Donoghue
Claire has a strong grounding in the beef industry. Growing up on a dairy farm, her career has focused on beef from the start. Her initial insights were into the Quality side.
With experience came promotion into Operations and Site Management. She now works as Operations Director & EU Head of Sustainability in OSI, one of the world’s largest privately-owned food providers. Motivating and empowering her teams is a priority for Claire and this strategy has delivered time and time again for OSI.
Claire’s passion for sustainability has also seen her move up to lead the ERBS technical working group, a platform developing and promoting beef sustainability for the entire EU beef sector
