About Lee-Ann Marsh
Lee-Ann is an experienced global marketer specialising in innovation and consumer insights. She began her career in Toronto before moving to London in 2006 where she worked with blue chip clients across FMCG, healthcare, and technology. At the end of 2010 she made the move to New Zealand, first working for dairy giant Fonterra followed by Nestlé New Zealand before being drawn to Beef & Lamb New Zealand in 2017.
As the Global Market Innovation Manager for Beef + Lamb New Zealand, Lee-Ann’s role is to create value for the red meat sector by understanding and turning disruptive shifts into competitive advantage.
Lee-Ann believes increasing diversity of thinking within New Zealand’s meat sector will be a key enabler to tackling local and global challenges in fresh, new ways. She’s privileged to be a member of Meat Business Women global network and to serve the local membership as a committee member.
Lee-Ann is a proud citizen of both Canada and New Zealand having spent her childhood near Niagara Falls before moving to Vancouver, where she went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of British Columbia. Lee-Ann lives in Auckland with her husband and their young son Hudson. They enjoy getting out into nature and enjoying tasty and delicious food.
