This section should be completed by the person who is applying for the One To Watch award.

Please note, winners will need to be able to attend the Meat Business Women UK & Ireland Summit on Thursday 22nd May at Telford Golf and Spa Hotel. We kindly ask that tickets for the Summit are purchased by the individual or their organisation.



Application Form Information
  • Please answer all four questions below by recording four separate videos. The easiest way to do this is on your phone camera.
  • Videos should be filmed by the person who is applying for the award.
  • Please answer each question in max 90 seconds per question

Video format:

  • Format: Record in portrait, not landscape.
  • Background: Choose a clean background with minimal noise.
  • Stability: Keep your phone steady while recording.

Application Questions

1. Business Impact

Share a time where you’ve made a impact in your career. Highlight how it benefited your team, organisation, or industry, explaining the results.

2. Inspiring Others

Describe a time you have led or been involved in a project or initiative that inspires others. Explain how you motivated them and how you overcame any challenges?

3. Future Aspirations

What are your future aspirations for yourself and the industry, and why are you a 'One To Watch'?

4. Ambition Looks Like...

Please note this question is required for MBW marketing purposes in our 'Fuelled by Ambition' campaign. It won't be scored as part of your application for the One to Watch prize.

In one short sentence, please tell us what does Ambition mean to you? Start your sentence with “My Ambition Looks Like…” 

 

How to submit your One to Watch Application videos

  • Please send your videos via WeTransfer or Smash (or a similar transfer service) to [email protected] with your full name.

  • Please upload a headshot of yourself. If you are one of our winners, this will be used in our promotion of the awards.
